About Us
Zain-ul-Abdeen was educated at Aston University, and read Biomedical Science graduating in 2010. During his time at Aston University he developed a specialist interest in endocrine disorders with particular focus on diabetes. This led to him undertaking sustained research projects into the management of type 2 diabetes. During his oral presentations on various areas of microbiology – another strong interest of his, Zain-ul-Abdeen was renowned for giving great presentations and acknowledged as the best speaker.
In 2011, he went on to study Masters of Pharmacy at Medway School of Pharmacy, Kent. Whilst at the university Zain-ul-Abdeen was awarded a certificate for outstanding achievement.
Zain-ul-Abdeen completed his pre-registration year with Boots Pharmacy and was accredited by the GPhC as a pharmacist in 2016. Following his accreditation, Zain-ul-Abdeen was the responsible pharmacist in charge of numerous Boots pharmacies across the Wolverhampton and Sutton Coldfield areas.
In 2019 he was awarded a practice certificate in Independent Prescribing with distinction.
